方创杰

　　方创杰，中共党员，博士(后)，讲师，结构减震控制研究方向，参与国家和省自然科学基金项目多项。在IJMS、ES和SCHM等国际权威期刊发表SCI文章8篇，担任Struct、SCHM、EEEV、IJSSD和TAL等国际期刊特邀审稿人。谷歌学术H因子为8,近5年被引达338次。论文《Stochastic  optimization and sensitivity analysis of the combined negative stiffness damped  outrigger and conventional damped outrigger systems subjected to nonstationary  seismic excitation》入选期刊SCHM(中科院二区)2023年高引用文章。应邀担任SCI期刊《Shock and  Vibration》和《International Journal of Energy Research》(均为中科院四区)学术编辑。
